PKRU presents low carbon sightseeing route and local cuisine catering
(July 20th 2022) Ajarn Kanokwan Kaewuthai, Head of Agricultural Innovation for Sustainability, Agricultural Resource Management for Tourism, under Faculty of Agricultural Technology at Phuket Rajabhat University, led U2T Team to survey the sightseeing route in Lipon Village, Thalang, Phuket. Then Ajarn Kanokwan and team joined the meeting to discuss about the economic and fundamental society movement project (U2T for BCG) with Mr. Chalermpol Kerdsap, the Si Sunthon Sub – district Mayor; local leaders and members of Si Sunthon Community Enterprise and U2T Team.
In this meeting the team from PKRU presented two products to develop during the project including 1. the sightseeing route under the concept “Pa Wen Kab Nen Porn” (Seeing around with Porn novice), the sightseeing route highlighting local lifestyle, history, and local cuisine under the concept of low carbon sightseeing route; and 2. Ua Chan Tiffin Catering which will promote local cuisine as the catering service to the authorities and entrepreneurs. Follow the progress of U2t Team via Facebook page U2T Si Sunthon.
