PKRU research and products presented in NST Science Carnival Bangkok
The Research and Development Institute at Phuket Rajabhat University participated NST Science Carnival Bangkok 2022 organized by The Ministry of Higher Education Science Research and Innovation at Samyam Mitrtown Department Store during August 17th – 21st 2022.
The opening ceremony of the event was presided over by Dr. Anek Laothammatat, the The Ministry of Higher Education Science Research and Innovation. The main concept of the event in this year was Science for Life: Art-Science-Innovation for Sustainable Society. There were honorable guests participating the event including Prof. Dr. Sapphachai Pathumnakul, the Deputy Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Higher Education Science Research and Innovation; Asst. Prof. Dr. Rawin Rawiwong, the Director of the National Science Museum; Mr. Chatchart Sitthipan, the Governor of Bangkok; and Mr. Sanon Wangsangboon, the Deputy Governor of Bangkok.
In this event, the representatives from PKRU Asst. Prof. Dr. Duangrat Koykitcharoen, the Vice President in Plan and Research; Asst. Prof. Phurinat Paladsongkram, the Deputy Director of PKRU Research and Development Institute; and the team from PKRU Research and Development Institute exhibited skincare, clothes, and accessories produced by the research and innovation projects. Besides, the university also jointed the U2T for BCG Hackathon 2022 in the track of Tourism and Hospitality in Phra Thong Island, Phang Nga Province, presented by Ajarn Saisanit Pongsuwan.
