PKRU launches ‘PKRU Research & Innovation Showcase’
PRPKRU (September 21st 2022) The Research and Development Institute and Business Incubator Center at Phuket Rajabhat University launched ‘PKRU Research & Innovation Showcase’ in the Open Space @PKRU. The event was presided over by Mr. Narong Woonsiew, the Governor of Phuket, along with the representatives of university including Asst. Prof. Dr.Thawatchai Thumthong, the Vice President in Academic Affairs; Ajarn Suthep Mungkhun, the Vice President in Special Affairs; with university staff and students attending the event.
Ajarn Thawatchai said at the event that “As the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research, and Innovation promotes research and innovation as one of the main factors for country competitive capacity, Phuket Rajabhat University, as the university for local development, therefore work on creating business and technology environment that leads to the development of both the university itself and its service areas on the basis of being social-responsible and the university philosophy.”
PKRU Research & Innovation Showcase - Open Space @PKRU Project showed the works in science and technology and the exhibitions of 1) the Business Incubator Center; 2) the Research and Development Institute; 3.) PKRU University as a Marketplace / 4) the front division of the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation; and 5) the Andaman Halal Science Center. The event was also the meeting venue for the lecturers, students, entrepreneurs, private and government sectors to meet and share their works and opinions contributing to business capacity development in local society.
