This was extremely beneficial to the university's staff and students, as the mission of Rajabhat universities across the country was to develop local communities. To accomplish this mission, the university implemented royal policy in line with the 20-year local community development strategy and the guidance of Gen. Dapong Rattanasuwan, Privy Counselor, and Dr. Nonglak Issaro, President of Thai Yang Yuen Foundation and team.
The workshop emphasized the development of students' soft skills (thinking, communication, ability development, and community innovator) as well as the use of five levels of tools (social engineer, given by the sky, life clock, evolution timeline, process timeline, and M.I.C. Model) that would aid in the development of fundamental skills for living with others as well as tools for needs and problem analysis and local community development.
