PKRU arranged training of Molecular Gastronomy

(February 8th and 9th, 2023) Phuket Rajabhat University's Technology Clinic collaborated with scientists from the Division of Food Transformation and Research in the Department of Science Service to organize a Molecular Gastronomy workshop at the Faculty of Science and Technology.
The workshop's goal is to train 35 participants to use science in food manufacturing development and product creation through the Kitchen Experiment concept, as well as to use food innovation to add value to local materials. Molecular Gastronomy (MG) was the featured training in this workshop, which is the application of science in food transformation such as sous-vide, honeycomb shaped sugar crystallization, raindrop gel making, souffle like egg cooking, and Senbei making.
