PKRU & SEAT host ISET 2023
PRPKRU (May 13th, 2023) The 10th International Conference for Science Educators and Teachers was held at the Duangjit Resort in Patong, Phuket, by the PKRU CITL at the Faculty of Education, Phuket Rajabhat University in collaboration with the Science Education Association Thailand or SEAT and network members from higher education institutes in Thailand. The event was opened by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Tawatchat Tumthong, PKRU's Vice President for Academic, Research, and Education Quality Development, with attendees including Assoc. Prof. Dr. Chokchai Yuenyong, President of SEAT; Asst. Prof. Dr. Siriwan Chatmaneerongcharoen, Dean of PKRU Faculty of Education; university executives, science teachers, and scholars from Thailand and other countries such as Taiwan, Philippines, New Zealand, and Australia.
This seminar aimed to improve and promote science education for students and the general public, since all of the hosts recognized that sharing research findings and experiences among attendees was critical to developing science learning and instruction. As a result, this seminar provided an open forum for scholars, researchers, and educators to share and discuss their work while also strengthening their network.
