PKRU launches a Virtual Museum — exploring the Phuket Thaihua Museum through VR technology.

Phuket Rajabhat University (PKRU), through a team of faculty members — Asst. Prof. Dr. Nipon Boriwethanun (Faculty of Education) and Mr. Bhurisub Detpipatpracha (Faculty of Science and Technology) — has launched a Virtual Museum titled “Digital Learning Ecosystem: The Virtual Phuket Thaihua Museum,” an immersive VR-based learning platform accessible via https://peranakannitat.pkru.ac.th/
This project represents PKRU’s community service initiative, showcasing Phuket’s cultural heritage sites through digital technology to reach a wider audience. It is also a product of the research project “Digital Learning Ecosystem: The Virtual Phuket Thaihua Museum to Promote Immersive Learning.”
The Virtual Phuket Thaihua Museum can be accessed on all digital platforms — including smartphones, tablets, laptops, and VR headsets.
