This initiative aligns with the National Strategy Master Plan (2023–2037) (Revised Edition) on anti-corruption and misconduct prevention, which emphasizes reshaping people’s mindsets—particularly among children and youth—to cultivate integrity and foster collective efforts in combating corruption in the future. It also corresponds with National Reform Activity No. 4, which aims to enhance transparency in the Thai public sector and eliminate conflicts of interest by encouraging all government agencies to declare themselves as No Gift Policy organizations.

In line with this national direction and the University’s commitment to good governance, the President has established the No Gift Policy, requiring all administrators and personnel at every level to strictly refrain from giving or receiving gifts or benefits of any kind before, during, or after performing their duties, in order to prevent corruption and misconduct. All personnel are expected to uphold integrity, avoid seeking personal benefits, and stand firmly against all forms of corruption, thereby fostering a sustainable organizational culture of transparency and ethical conduct.

However, customary gifts or tokens of goodwill given in accordance with social norms and for the purpose of maintaining good personal relations may be permitted, provided they do not violate relevant laws, constitutional provisions on anti-corruption, Cabinet resolutions, or other applicable regulations.
