Asst. Prof. Dr. Hiran Prasarnkarn said that “Phuket Rajabhat University established the International Affairs Division in order to work on international relations and promote international education since the university has the potential and opportunity, being an educational institute located in a world class tourist destination. The International Affairs Division therefore initiated this workshop by working with academic alliances in many countries as well as educational personnel who are experts in international teaching techniques. The students attending the workshop are studying in 8 universities in 5 countries, including students from our university. The Design thinking workshop offers them the opportunity to practice design thinking which leads to the creation of the new forms of educational innovation. Language and culture exchange between the students would promote and enhance their thinking skills. This workshop is one of the projects that support PKRU to concretely step on the international level as an educational institute together with always being a university for locals.”
